I had a 19 seer and an 18 seer Trane heat pump system installed today. From Guy, to Preston, to Jave to Isaiah and Malissa and Karen, all of these employees were top notch, well trained and customer service specialists. At the end of about a 10 hour work day in the heat, they got my two systems running and thermostats programmed and left my property as clean as it was when they arrived. I highly recommend this company and can state from my experience; I am a satisfied customer.

Max I am late in sending this to you, but I would like to thank Preston, Randy and Kris for their excellent service support May 6-7. My unit failed on Sunday May 6. While Preston was completely booked for that day we did talk on the phone and he gave me a couple of things to try. While they were not successful, I appreciate him taking the time to call me. Randy came by Monday May 7 and diagnosed the problem. However, he had to order the parts. He insisted that Kris could pick up the parts and install them later in the SAME day. I wanted to write and let you know how pleased I was with Randy Newman and Kris, as well as the men who came to install the new air conditioning system I had to get at my house in Satler. It was something that I was hoping I would not have to do as I am getting ready to retire from active ministry in the Archdiocese of San Antonio, and did not need this. However, your crew came and made an assessment and were friendly and professional. When they came back it was the same, they started in the morning and were all done by two o’clock. They knew what they were doing and they all had a friendly attitude toward their work and seemed to work well with each other. I was surprised when they left me the “Life Teen” CD and asked how they knew I was a catholic priest since I did not mention it. They said they gave these to everyone. I have not been able to start that program in our parish even though I believe it would be good, but, there doesn’t seem to be enough interest from the people to be able to present it. We are heavily involved with Youth ACTS and other things so we are serving the youth well. Again, they were a good group of men whom I enjoyed meeting, and who did a very good job.

Wow…what a very professional staff & company. I attended a Silver Stars BBALL game, filled out a contestant entry form, and was notified that I was the winner of a NEW Trane A/C unit for my home. When the technician (Ken) came to my house I was sure that he would say that I would need new duct work, however, Ken stated the duct work was in very good condition for my 17 year old home. What a relief, I’m glad there are still honest folks/companies out there such as Air Care.
