Canyon Lake Air Conditioning performed an annual heat check yesterday at our house and our Mom's house. Taylor, our technician, arrived on time and did a very thorough job of checking all three of our HVAC units. He was very helpful with providing instructions on the use of one of our thermostats and provided us with a users manual as well. Taylor also provided suggestions and assistance with modifying the cover for one of our air duct returns. Taylor is very knowledgeable and does a great job. Five Stars: I had scheduled my bi-annual system maintenance check, but because Air Care is so thorough, a problem was found with the electrical connections. Tucker explained it all to me, including an inspection of the parts causing the problem. The replacement parts were already on the truck, and promptly replaced. Tucker did another check of the unit, inside and out, and the service was restored. A potential fire hazard was averted. Kudos to Tucker and the Air Care team.

Had a new American Standard Platinum 3-ton -18 seer heat pump installed on 8/23. Mike Mathis & Taylor helped with selecting the correct unit for my house. They installed the unit in one day and had the unit up and cooling by late evening. They were very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. The heat pump works well cooling/ heating and has saved me some money on utility bills. The best part is they were honest and we feel we got an excellent product for our money.
