Had a new American Standard Platinum 3-ton -18 seer heat pump installed on 8/23. Mike Mathis & Taylor helped with selecting the correct unit for my house. They installed the unit in one day and had the unit up and cooling by late evening. They were very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. The heat pump works well cooling/ heating and has saved me some money on utility bills. The best part is they were honest and we feel we got an excellent product for our money.

Will always recommend Air Care. In 2020 Older AC unit quit working and new system was needed. Since system couldn't be installed for several days, Michael, GM, arranged for a portable cooler and came to house to install until new unit could be set up. Cooler was used for several days and worked well. Everyone from Ken who initially came out to Taylor and Tucker who did the install were great to work with. Have used Air Care for many years and highly recommend.

This week, she had a leak from the unit in the attic. One call and the technicians were at her house to work on the problem. They even came back to finish the job on the weekend. They treat her well. Called Air-Care at 7:30am and super nice (REAL person) lol answered the phone and had someone out within a few hours. Taylor and his brother Bryce are the techs that have worked on my old unit recently and they are so professional and really know their stuff. Had me back up and running in no time. Five Stars: I had scheduled my bi-annual system maintenance check, but because Air Care is so thorough, a problem was found with the electrical connections. Tucker explained it all to me, including an inspection of the parts causing the problem. The replacement parts were already on the truck, and promptly replaced. Tucker did another check of the unit, inside and out, and the service was restored. A potential fire hazard was averted. Kudos to Tucker and the Air Care team.

Canyon Lake Air Conditioning performed an annual heat check yesterday at our house and our Mom's house. Taylor, our technician, arrived on time and did a very thorough job of checking all three of our HVAC units. He was very helpful with providing instructions on the use of one of our thermostats and provided us with a users manual as well. Taylor also provided suggestions and assistance with modifying the cover for one of our air duct returns. Taylor is very knowledgeable and does a great job. We've been using Canyon Lake Air Conditioning for all of our HVAC needs for over 20 years now. We trust this company and their people when it comes to sales and/or service. They are a great partner.
