"Five Stars"
Five Stars: I had scheduled my bi-annual system maintenance check, but because Air Care is so thorough, a problem was found with the electrical connections. Tucker explained it all to me, including an inspection of the parts causing the problem. The replacement parts were already on the truck, and promptly replaced. Tucker did another check of the unit, inside and out, and the service was restored. A potential fire hazard was averted. Kudos to Tucker and the Air Care team.
